Welcome to Snap 777! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snap 777 mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Snap 777, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Restrictions: You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. Virtual Items and Currency

Nature of Virtual Items:

• Snap 777 may offer virtual currency, items, or other content ("Virtual Items")
• Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and we retain all rights to them
• We may modify, remove, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time

No Refunds: All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. User Conduct

When using Snap 777, you agree to:

• Treat other players with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or bullying
• Not use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language
• Not share personal information of yourself or others
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Not spam, advertise, or promote third-party products or services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Snap 777, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, and audio
• Software, code, and algorithms
• Game design, mechanics, and artwork
• Trademarks and trade dress

are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

Your Content: You may be able to submit, post, or share content such as usernames, profile pictures, or chat messages ("User Content").

License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Service.

Content Standards: Your User Content must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain malicious code or viruses
• Be offensive, defamatory, or obscene
• Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these standards.

• Loss of goodwill or reputation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snap 777, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the in-app account deletion feature.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Prolonged inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Effects of Termination: Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service will immediately cease
• You must stop using the Service and delete the application
• You will forfeit all Virtual Items and account benefits
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us to seek an informal resolution.

Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or violation of confidentiality obligations.
